On June 1, 2 and 3, 2016, the traditional XBRL WEEK will take place in Frankfurt, with

The community expresses its gratitude to the European Central Bankfor hosting the public sessions, and to all the volunteers who keep making these meetings a success.

Who should attend?XBRL Europe members and stakeholders. Supervisors and experts (accountants as well as technicians) in regulatory filing / business registers. Project managers, solution providers, vendor representatives and consultants.

XBRL Europe Day is more focused in policies and guidelines evolutions involving XBRL in Europe, while Eurofiling workshop is more technically oriented to COREP/FINREP/SolvencyII and other implementations.

Networking dinner:the 1st of June (at each attendant own expenses) - A prebooking will be made. Attendants to the dinner have to book directly on the registration form. Attendants will pay directly to the Restaurant. Last minute Networking Dinner seats (not booked or cancelled, if available) would be also booked during the event, through the XBRL week Organizers. More details on venue and costs will be given later. 

Networking Dinner booking is binding: once confirmed, no-show will be claimed at FULL COST.

Registration process:Registration through the registration form is mandatory. Please provide details only about the person who will attend the event, as this invitation is strictly personal. A confirmation or information (waiting list, denial) email due to the invitation policy will be sent to each registrant within some days following the registration. E-mail communication delivery is mandatory and equivalent to signature. 

Priority invitations policy(seats are limited to 200).

  • XBRL Europe is very glad to invite XBRL Europe Members, namely Members of supporting XBRL Jurisdictions as well as XBRL Europe Direct Members, up to 2 seats per Member. Speakers and convened WG members do not count for such limits.
  • ECB and Eurofiling are very glad to invite Regulators, Supervisors, Business Registers, Government and Financial Reporting Entities.
  • Remaining seats will be assigned by registration order. Priority invitations are confirmed weekly.

Waiting list, cancellations and no-show. 

  • A waiting list is open for registrations not included in the priority invitations. The organizers will confirm waiting list registrations as soon as possible.
  • If your registration is confirmed, but you will not attend, you are kindly but STRONGLY requested for written cancellation as a matter of consideration for our colleagues on the waiting list.
  • According to the Eurofiling minutes of 20 December 2012, a no-show would blacklist you for next events.
